Quantity

Customer is required to register the model and serial number of the new furnace within 60 days of the install date in order to recieve the full 10 year parts warranty. Failure to register the equipment will result in a 5 year manufacturer parts warranty)

*We have to move, disconnect or reconnect any obstructions (such as a water heater, washer, dryer, book shelf, etc..) that would prevent us from getting the current furnace off the property and getting the new furnace in the house and in it's place for installation

*If we have to deliver the water heater up multiple flights of stairs in your home or condo building. Feel free to call us with questions regarding this matter!
